Available read methods are endpoint, area scan, spectral scanning, and pathlength correction. The monochromator-based system, which has both top and bottom probes, is used for absorbance, fluorescence, and luminescence measurements. The monochromator provides wavelength selection from 230–999 nm in 1 nm increments.
