Fiber UV-VIS spectrophotometer with CCD array, wavelength range from 200nm to 990nm. Intended use for micro-spectrophotometry setup, trough a beam splitter. The spectrophotometer can be used for dynamic measurements in time up to ms resolution (fixed grating).

With the microscope it is only possible to measure 400-990nm range, since the source does not emit in the UV and the microscope optics is absorptive. UV measurements (200-400nm) can only be taken with a fiber probe stand and UV deuterium  fiber source (both available in the photonics lab).

The spectrophotometer is located in the special photonics lab and should not be taken out. OceanView is the dedicated software and it is availabe for use in the special photonics lab workstation.

Note: if taking dynamic spectra, use an interval at least double the integration time. When the interval time is equal or close to the integration time, software artifacts might appear in the saved data.
