FET station 2
Please note that training is required to use this tool. Always book the tool in LIMS before you use it!
FET station 2 is a probe station for electrical measurements. FET station 2 is placed near the “FET station”, on its right side.
Like “FET station”, FET station 2 is equipped with displacement platform, 4 probes, and a microscope. FET station 2 is mainly used with “Cartman”, for out-of -glovebox electrical measurements.
! Note that the Keithley 4200-SCS "Cartman" is not included in the FET station 2, it is an independent tool that has to be booked separately.
