the 4point probe is used for the measurement of sheet resistance of thin films. 

The calibration samples are in Ioannis Petsagkourakis  possession (ITO of known sheet resistance). 

The setup should NOT be used for liquid or sticky samples. 

When measured with Keithley 2410, the resistance shall be multiplied by 4.5324 in order to extract the sheet resistance.
