Introduction

The ultrasonic bath has digital control of time (1 - 99 min), heating (RT - 80 °C, ±2 °C) and power (1 - 9). It has integrated run-dry protection. The frequency used is 45 kHz. The bath also has a degas function. The volume of the bath is 2.75 l and the interior measures are 240x137x100 mm (WxLxH).

The bath is currently positioned in the first fume hood in the etching room.

Instructions

Read the manual before use. It will initially be placed next to the machine.

* The bath MUST be filled to at least 7/8 (up to the indentation) during use. Use water only.

* NEVER put anything directly on the bottom of the container. ALWAYS use the stainless steel basket.

* The handles of the basket can be put in three different positions (see images below) to accommodate different immersion depths of the basket.

* Turn off the heater after use.

* Put on the lid after use to avoid dry out.
