DEK printing line 1 includes a semi automated screen printing machine (DEK Horizon 03iX) for printing on flat substrates. For curing of the inks, a Natgraph conveyer belt oven is available with the ability to cure with heat, UV and/or IR. Frames can be washed in a frame cleaner (InJet 388-CRRD). Leica microscope and electrical characterization equipment available for mid operation inspections to ensure print quality and functionality. Krüss mobile surface analyzer available upon request for rapid inspection of surface free energy of substrates.

Specifications:

The maximum print area for the DEK Horizon 03iX is A3 size. The minimum feature size is around 50 µm and the alignment accuracy is ±12,5 μm.
