DEK printing line 2 includes a semi automated screen printing machine (DEK Horizon 03iX) for printing line on flat substrates. For curing of the inks, a SPS Technoscreen conveyer belt is available with the ability to cure with UV. Separate oven available for curing using heat.  Krüss mobile surface analyzer available upon request for rapid inspection of surface free energy of substrates. 

Specifications:

The maximum print area for the DEK Horizon 03iX is A3 size. The minimum feature size is around 50 µm and the alignment accuracy is ±12,5 μm.
