"Ike" is a powerful thermal evaporator with two sources and a bell-shaped vacuum chamber that opens vertically. It has manually controlled power, separate for each source.To the right side of the chamber the deposition thickness meter (QCM) is placed.

Booking policy:

• Use specific time slots for booking: 09-13, 13-17, 17-09.
• If you have not started to use the instrument within 1 hour from start of your booking the equipment is considered to be free to use.
