The FET station is a measurement setup which is primarily (but not exclusively) used for transistor measurements such as I-V, I-t and transistor circuit (e.g. inverter, ring oscillator) measurements. The platen is connected with a temperature controller, varying from -15C to 130C.

booking rules:

1. During week days
   1. between 8 am-6 pm: maximum 3 hour of booking per user per day
   2. during 6 pm-12 pm and 1 am-8 am, no time limit.
2. Maximum 2 bookings in advance.
3. Working at the weekend is not time-limited and will not be count as one booking.
4. Exception:

Hiam is running long time-stress measurement in regular bases.              

1. Please inform the all  the FET users if a booking is canceled or finished earlier.
